Kopano: over 20 years’ experience in groupware.
From Zarafa Groupware to Kopano Groupware, and now the new Kopano Cloud product.
Since 2019, a new software stack has been designed based on the latest technologies. While the old Kopano Groupware product reached its end of life in 2024, the new Kopano Cloud product was introduced with enhanced functionality and scalability. Version 8 of Kopano Cloud was deployed in August 2025.
Kopano Cloud is a container software stack that contains everything necessary to operate the solution, thus significantly accelerating deployment.

Customer portal
Users can upload profile pictures from the Management Ul. Passwords can directly be set or a password reset mail can be sent to an external mailbox.
